Forbes celebrates purpose driven businesses and we are featured

For as long as I can remember I have always been driven by a social conscience. I remember being deeply moved by the Ethiopian famine when I was just 5 years old and wanting to become a missionary. I recall joining Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth as a teen so I could save the Ozone layer, rainforests and the whale.

As a 13 year old I ran a comic relief day at our school, encouraging everyone to dress up for £1. When I worked in business I organised volunteer days and fundraisers for the local hospice and homeless centre. Now for fun I volunteer as a scout leader and enjoy every moment of it.

So when I started 3WH I saw it as an opportunity to do great work and to give something back to society as a whole. The mission is to start a positive ripple effect that impacts peoples work, lives, communities and ultimately the world. We do this with each leader we work with not just on a culture and behavioural change viewpoint, but also as a vehicle to pay it forward.

Our work has now been recognised and noted in the Forbes article written by Daniel Priestley who introduced me to the UN Global Goals. Now we ask our clients to do the same. #Payitforward. #CSR. #EmployeeEngagement.
