It is thought to be too early to tell what the values of Gen Z are, but there continues to be more information on what they are likely to be based on previous generations and the upbringing of the youngest generation.
Gen Z are pro-active activists.
They are fuelled by the wrong doings happening within the world
They are motivated by self-love, self-belief and self-respect
Gen Z are more emotionally intelligent than anyone before them
Diversity and inclusion are seen as non-negotiables
They have a voice and will use it (even if they are new to the team)
They see themselves as change makers
Gen Z believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect
Tend to show autonomous thinking but will work as a team
