For registered users, you get access to the restricted, but not Pro only content.
Just visiting? Some courses are free for everyone. So please feel free to take the course.
There are 5 modules with multiple course. Some easy, some intermediate and some advanced.
Let's explain modules first.
the 3WH 5MY's methodology is a proven approach to developing leaders in all aspects of their leadership development. We begin at MyPresent and end at MyLegacy. It is the natural order of building a team, business or organisation from scratch. However, we know, few leaders get to build something from scratch, so you might find yourself dipping into courses in different modules as and when you need them.
You can revisit lessons as many times as you want, as the learning never stops.

Learn how to build the ultimate team for success. Learn team dynamics, stages, dealing with conflict, building trust and how to fix a broken team.

This focuses on the long term success, after you have gone. You learn corporate social responsibility, succession planning, operational excellence.

Have you got what it takes to achieve your vision and goals? This module asks you to identify your strengths, style, values and discover your authentic leadership approach.

MyBusiness
Now you are ready to embed a high performance culture throughout your organisation. You learn goal setting, feedback, engagement, people development and alignment.
And repeat
There is no end point to development. As the environment changes, people move on, customers change, you will need to revisit your current reality again and revisit your team, business and self-development.
We know that everyone is at a different stage of development, so although we recommend going from the start through to the end, in reality, you need help when a block or issue arises - so you navigate as you need to.
Revisit the exercises or lessons as many times as you like. Do the work, reflect, embed then revisit if you want.
In true LeaderX style, you develop anytime, anyplace, anywhere.
Some courses are easier than others. So start at the level that fits your skill and experience level.

EASY -Guides and introduction
Courses names "Easy" are ideal for members who are new to the management or leadership and need to learn the basics before moving on to intermediate level courses.

These courses have more content and go deeper into the topics. They are for those already in management and leadership positions and have some knowledge of the topic.

Advanced
Premium courses for those who are ready to take their learning and development to the next level.
