Everything becomes less complicated when you lead with your values in mind. It is essential that your values and your company's values are aligned so you can lay a strong foundation in the MySelf stage. In doing so, you also become clearer to yourself, your team and anyone else involved in your business.
Firstly,
if you are clearer to yourself, you know where you're going, you have clearer goals and values-based actions in your work and, therefore, utilise these to lead by.
Secondly,
if you are clearer to the people you are leading, they will have a better understanding of what you want and expect from them, and this will guide them to make the best decisions.
Lastly,
if you are clearer to anyone else involved in your business (superios or stakeholders), they are more likely to understand your decisions and behaviours.
