All of our workshops can be delivered as a stand alone workshop or as part of a series tailored to your specific needs and outcomes. We adopt the 70/20/10 approach to learning.

70% doing and experiencing. 20% coaching, discussion, mentoring. 10% through teaching.

They are all layered with some element of teach/theory.

Followed by a large dose of group or individual discussion and reflection.

And a number of experiential games, puzzles or activities to bring the learning to life.

And always anchored in actions and commitment to embed the learning in the real world.
